Anthony “Tony” Silas

Anthony (Tony) Silas has represented clients in Central Texas for over 20 years. As a small- town lawyer, Tony has experience helping his friends and neighbors with various issues, including family law, business law, civil litigation, commercial collections, construction law, property disputes, wills, and probate matters. He also has experience as a criminal defense attorney, trying both felony and misdemeanor cases to a jury. Tony is regularly appointed to represent children and parents in Child Protective cases.

Tony has been an attorney for over 30 years and a mediator since 2008. During that time, he has been a frequent volunteer mediator for the McLennan County DRC. 

Tony is also an adjunct professor at Baylor University Law School, where he coaches competition teams.

Tony graduated from University of Texas at Tyler with a degree in Computer Science in 1991. He graduated from Baylor Law School in 1995 and began his career at the law firm of Sleeper, Johnston and Helm in Waco, McLennan County, Texas.  In 1998 Tony joined the Robertson & Roberson Law Firm in Clifton, Bosque County, Texas where he became a partner.  In 2008, Tony opened his solo practice in Whitney, Hill County, Texas. He and his wife, Lisa, have lived in Whitney, Texas since 1992 and have two children.
