The offices of the DRC are located in Suite 502 on the 5th floor of the National Lloyds Building, at 900 Austin Avenue, in downtown Waco, Texas. Parking is available in the Parking Lot located at 9th and Franklin, just across from the National Lloyds Building. The Entrance (front door) to the National Lloyds Building is on Austin Avenue.
